Enzo’s Empawrium started with one dog and a simple frustration. Too many treats were packed with fillers, artificial ingredients, or things we couldn’t even pronounce. So we decided to do something about it. Working with dogs all day everyday being a dog walker I wanted to know exactly what I was sharing with my clients dogs as well as my own as they are just as important. We believe dogs deserve the same quality of food we expect for ourselves. That means honesty, transparency, and never cutting corners. Whether you’re training, rewarding, or just showing a little extra love, our treats are made to support your dog’s health and make tails wag every single time. Because at the end of the day, they’re not just pets they’re family.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using Royal Mail 48-hour delivery, so your treats should arrive within 2 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Fee
A flat shipping rate of £3.99 is applied to all orders, regardless of order size.

Delivery Window
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for delays once your package is with Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. If your order is delivered outside of the expected window, we recommend checking with your local postal service for updates.

Lost or Missing Items
In the event your order goes missing in transit, please contact us right away. We’ll work with you and Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means resending your order or finding an appropriate solution.

No Exchanges or Refunds
As our products are perishable items, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
